Our Team Structure
We are a bit of oddballs
Our Client Relations team does not have a sales target. Why is that? Are we altruistic? Not really. We are participants in capitalism and believe in creating a sustainable business. However, it came from our experience working in large wealth management institutions. The monthly sales target was at the core of the product focus that works against the clients.
Instead, we have an Engagement target. We measure how often and deeply we engage with our clients. We strongly believe this takes care of the business in the longer run. In the business of managing money, I can’t have short term vision, while preaching long term to our clients. Obviously, we can only run this while remaining boutique
Our Team Structure
We are trying to model BuckSpeak as a law/ Accounting firm. With each Client Relations personnel eventually becoming a Partner in the firm. In fact, we are extending it beyond. Each key and deserving team-member receives fractional ownership at the firm. Again, the attempt is to have a longer-term vision. We don’t claim to have figured it out entirely, but we are enjoying the process of creating, what is, a not-so-common approach in our industry
